The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to any user registering on this website and who is obliged to expressly accept them in order to do so. It is therefore imperative that every Customer reads the GTC as they define the rules for using the Site. Registering on the Site as a Customer implies full acceptance of the GTC. RARR VINTAGE advises anyone visiting the Site to save or print the GTC, without modifying them. RARR VINTAGE reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. RARR VINTAGE reserves the right to delete access to areas of the Site reserved for presenting the Customer's Identifier and, consequently, access to the resulting Services for a Customer whose Identifier would be contrary to public decency or of an illegal nature, without notice or compensation in favor of the Customer, without prejudice to the rights of RARR VINTAGE. It is strongly recommended not to choose a password that is a common word but to alternate numbers and letters, lowercase and uppercase. The Customer is solely responsible for their Identifier and password and their use. They expressly agree to keep their password confidential and not to communicate it under any pretext to anyone. Consequently, the Customer expressly acknowledges that entering any Identifier and password is proof of their identity and indicates their consent to all operations performed on the Site following their identification. The Customer must ensure that their email address remains valid during their registration on the Site, at the risk of no longer being able to access it, especially in case of password loss.
