Le bracelet en émail est l'un des accessoires signatures d'Hermès : un jonc rigide dont la surface émaillée, cerclée de métal sur ses deux tranches, sert de support au riche répertoire graphique de la maison. Déclinés dans une variété quasi infinie de motifs et de couleurs, ces bangles sont des pièces très recherchées des collectionneurs. Ce modèle large adopte l'un des dessins les plus emblématiques : le cartouche « HERMÈS PARIS » posé sur un fond noir profond, encadré d'un motif de maillons de chaîne en blanc.
