The Speedy is perhaps Louis Vuitton's most famous bag. Originally created in 1930 under the name "Express", it was renamed Speedy in the 1960s at the request of Audrey Hepburn, who wanted a more compact version of the Keepall. Since then, it has never left the house's catalog — nor the hands of those who carry it. The 25 size is the most iconic: compact without being small, structured without being rigid, recognizable without being ostentatious. Made in France in 1997, this piece has developed a beautiful dark caramel patina on all the Vachetta leather — handles, strips and pull — a sign of a bag used regularly and carefully maintained.

Clean Monogram canvas, interior in good condition with light signs of use, minor wear on the corners, handles and zipper pull at the rivet — consistent with the age of the item and documented in photos. Comes with RARR Vintage dustbag and RARR Vintage authenticity certificate.
