The Dionysus is Alessandro Michele's flagship creation for Gucci since his arrival as artistic director in 2015. Its clasp, shaped like two confronting tiger heads — a direct reference to the Greek god Dionysus, often depicted accompanied by felines — has become, in a few seasons, one of the most recognizable hardware in contemporary luxury. The Wallet on Chain (WOC) is the most compact format of the collection: a structured wallet with card slots and a coin pocket, complemented by a chain allowing for shoulder or crossbody wear. The GG Supreme canvas — ebony beige, coated, durable — is presented here in its most neutral and versatile color. The matte silver-tone hardware with its natural aged effect is characteristic of the Dionysus style, which boasts a patinated and antique luxury.
