The Pochette Métis has become one of Louis Vuitton's iconic silhouettes. Its design borrows from the codes of the school satchel: a structured construction, a top handle, an S-lock closure, and an interior organization designed for daily use. Compact in appearance yet surprisingly functional, it combines the immediate identity of the Monogram canvas with a more sophisticated construction than a simple pouch.

This 2016 version features clean and well-preserved Monogram canvas. The cowhide leather details have developed a lovely, uniform patina, with the natural evolution of color that gives vintage Louis Vuitton pieces their personality. The overall effect remains balanced: the warm brown of the leather complements the Monogram without masking its pattern, while the gold-tone brass hardware retains a beautiful presence.

The brown microfibre interior is clean and shows light signs of previous use. Its three-compartment gusseted construction makes it easy to separate personal items, while the slip pocket on the back adds a practical space for items you want to keep easily accessible.
