The Alma is one of the oldest models in the Louis Vuitton catalogue. Its original silhouette dates back to 1934, created by special order for a famous client, and revisited over the decades to become one of the House's pillars. The BB size — the smallest in the range — retains all its proportions: flat base, rounded sides that create a perfect dome, and a double zip that follows the curve of the top. The bag stands on its own, keeps its shape even when half-empty, and projects the structured look that made the model famous.
The Damier Ébène canvas — the historic check pattern that Louis Vuitton registered in 1888 — is paired here with smooth chocolate leather for the handles, base, and reinforcements. The overall condition is clean, with no faults to report, and light signs of previous use consistent with the grade. The gold-tone brass hardware is in good condition: decorative padlock with its keys, zip pulls, and handle mounts.
