The Alma was born in 1934 under the name "Squaw" before being renamed in homage to Avenue de l'Alma in Paris. Its domed silhouette, inspired by Art Deco, is one of the most recognizable in the world of leather goods — a shape that belongs only to Louis Vuitton. The Alma BB is its compact version, created in the 2010s to meet the demand for a smaller, more everyday-friendly size. In ballerina pink Epi leather — the house's signature dyed leather, with its fine parallel stripes evoking wheat ears — it achieves a rare softness and femininity. The entirely silver hardware, unusual on the classically gold Alma, gives this version a particular modernity and lightness. Adjustable shoulder strap (106 cm), padlock with key, and clochette are all included.
