Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 in Monogram coated canvas · dark caramel patinated cowhide leather · gold-tone brass · zip with leather pull tab · padlock and key · 30 × 22 × 17 cm · TH**** (2001) · made in France · grade B-.

Born in 1930 from a reduction of the Keepall to city dimensions, the Speedy has kept its small luggage look: zip from end to end, two short handles, flat base reinforced with leather. This 2001 model, made in France, features natural cowhide leather left untreated by the house, now patinated into a deep caramel, even richer on the handles.

The 30 size remains the most versatile in the line: large enough for the day, compact enough not to be cumbersome. The single compartment swallows a phone, long wallet, cosmetic pouch, passport, AirPods, and keys, with a patch pocket for essentials. The original padlock and its key accompany the bag.

Good overall condition, grade B- — coated canvas in good condition, beautiful uniform patina. Light rubbing on handles and tabs, slight cracking on the pull tab of the zipper (see photos), clean interior with signs of previous use. No major defects. Delivered in RARR Vintage careful packaging, with dustbag and RARR Vintage certificate of authenticity.
