Ce sac appartient à une époque précise de Bottega Veneta — les années 1990, quand la maison était encore sous la direction de la famille Moltedo, avant le rachat par Gucci Group en 2001 et la nomination de Tomas Maier. L'étiquette intérieure porte le « Certificato di Originalità » avec le blason héraldique et la devise « Labor et Ingenium », un marquage caractéristique de cette période. Le dustbag en feutre bleu marine avec son étiquette cuir à cordon vert confirme la datation. C'est une vraie pièce d'archive, issue de l'ère artisanale et familiale de la maison.

Le cuir d'agneau nappa tressé Intrecciato est ici en noir — la couleur fondatrice de la maison. Le tressage est souple, avec ce tombé naturel que seul le nappa permet, et le cuir est en bon état avec de légers signes d'utilisation. Les deux boules dorées sculptées aux attaches de l'anse sont un détail de design typique de cette période : elles ornent le sac comme des bijoux et donnent à une pièce par ailleurs très sobre une touche d'éclat précieux. Une poche plaquée sur le devant du sac ajoute un accès rapide sans ouvrir le compartiment principal.

L'anse de 86 cm permet un porté épaule confortable. Le sac s'ouvre par bouton pression magnétique et offre un volume généreux de 25 × 24,5 × 13 cm — portefeuille compact, étui à lunettes, passeport, téléphone, AirPods, rouge à lèvres et clés y trouvent largement leur place. L'intérieur est en bon état avec une poche zippée.
