Le dôme Macadam est l'une des silhouettes les plus recherchées de la Céline vintage. Sa forme arrondie, souvent comparée à un « Boston bag », associe deux poignées courbes en cuir et une ouverture zip sur le dessus. Le sac tient debout seul, ne s'affaisse pas à moitié vide, et garde sa ligne posé sur une table ou porté au bras. L'écusson Céline en cuir, frappé du blason, est posé en façade — un marquage discret qui dit l'essentiel sans insister.

La toile enduite Macadam est propre, sans défaut majeur à signaler. Ce motif d'arcs entrecroisés sur fond brun foncé est la signature la plus immédiatement reconnaissable de la maison Céline dans sa version historique, avant le rebranding de 2018. Les détails en cuir marron caramel — poignées, pattes d'attache, bandoulière, biais — ont développé une belle patine au fil du temps, ce doré chaud et vivant que seul le cuir naturel prend avec l'usage et qui donne à chaque exemplaire son caractère propre.

La bandoulière amovible et ajustable permet de passer du porté main au crossbody en un geste. La bijouterie est dorée — anneaux, mousquetons, curseur du zip — et présente une patine visible, notamment sur le curseur (voir photos), cohérente avec l'âge de la pièce. Le volume de 29 × 22 × 11 cm accueille confortablement téléphone, portefeuille compact, passeport, AirPods, rouge à lèvres et clés.
